The beach is... read more beautiful and we loved our stay. However, the noise from the main swimming pool, which the apartments' directly overlook, ruined our nights. We were woken up every night by loud music and shouting. The estate's security team seemed overwhelmed by the unruly teenagers (or tweens) who drink and make a noise without any respect for visitors. Although they were sympathetic to the noise and well aware of the problem, they seemed powerless to prevent it, which went on until 2am some mornings. This marred an otherwise peaceful stay and we would not return because of this.

It is a nicely designed and cosy unit. However, house keeping need to ensure that they replace the rug in the bathroom with a clean one before new guests arrive.

When we got there, no wine. There were lots of spiders in our daughter's room & an empty can of Doom. I asked for 1 which the cleaner did put in... But you could see this 2nd room wasn't cleaned as well as our main room prior to our arrival.
On the 2nd night we had terrible noise levels-a unit next to us where they were screaming & shouting from early evening until 1am. When I called the 1st emergency number no answer. When I called the 2nd emergency no. someone answered the 2nd time.. What if there was a real emergency?! I was told to give her the unit number.. Was I meant to go out at 1am to check the unit number. I then requested security be sent out to check... Which they did after a bit, but did not come & check again as the party quietened down just to start again! We were exhausted the day of check out as we hardly slept as it continued to 4am. SO WHERE ARE YOUR RULES & PENALTIES NOW?? More
