Every day during a guests stay, apart from public holidays and Sundays.

Cleaning (2 hours per apartment, once a day) will include:

• General cleaning of all areas of the unit, sweeping & mopping the Floors
• Dishes and kitchen surfaces.
• Make the beds – check if clean linen is required.
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Clean the braai area if needed
• Fresh linen every 4th – 5th day for long stay clients

Cancellation Policy – Strict

Full payment is required one month before arrival and a 50% deposit required for a provisional booking. Refunds on cancellation will apply as below:

Days prior to booking date:
30 Days – 0% refund of the total accommodation amount
31 – 60 Days – 50% refund of the total accommodation amount
60+ Days – Full refund of the total accommodation amount

Please note that the cancellation must be in writing.

Guest access:
Guests can check in at the Prince’s Grant gate to get access to the beach access gates. Then drive a short way past the Club house to THE EIGHTEENTH holiday apartments. There is a car port and garage.

Interaction with guests:
Reservations are done by Bluebell Hospitality Services based in Pretoria, but if you need anything arranged prior to your arrival, we are here to assist you. From transfers to activities, just let us know. If you need assistance on site, just give us a call and we will make sure there is someone to assist you asap.

Other things to note:
There is a restaurant at the Club house.
The unit is self catering and we suggest that guests stop in Ballito, Blythedale, Stanger or Tiffany’s on their way to buy groceries, for the most convenience.

If you are a golfer
One person per booking can be nominated as the “golf member” for the duration of their stay. This will entitle this person to play one round of golf per day, at a rate of R15 per round. Golf cart(s) are for own expense as well as the cart path fee. The nominated guest’s must To qualify for this they need to complete the Golf registration document and send a copy of their ID before they arrive. They will be required to produce proof of ID at the Pro Shop before playing. Bookings essential.
